Metalurgica de Santa Ana (later to become Santana Motor SA), was the Spanish engineering company that signed a deal with Rover Company to build Land Rovers under licence. The first were built in 1958 from CKD kits, but local content was gradually increased until the Santanas were 100 per cent locally manufactured. |
